4 boys and 4 girls started arriving yesterday the 1st of June from 12pm. It was a very long process with Winnie needing help to get the final big girl puppy out. We were so thrilled that after such a long time in the birth canal and having to go through a caesaren operation the last puppy made it out alive and is one of the most active and lively pups of the bunch, as well as the biggest girl. I think she was actually officially born on the 2nd with all the others coming before midnight. Winnie is coping with first time motherhood fantastically and really doesn't want to leave the room for anything. She has produced quite a large litter with some very large pupies, the majority being over 400gs.
   The puppies have now moved out of their quiet bedroom to the kitchen to expose them to some new noises as well at the other other animals in the house....  Such as Wally our beautiful kitty...  In order of arrival................ Blue Boy

I am hoping to always be 100% responsible for the puppies I breed and ask that if anyone ever needs to rehome a Silvergrayce puppy or dog that it is returned to us first. All puppies will be microchipped and ear tattooed. A $200 refund is available to puppy buyers who are able to send us proof from their veterinarian that the puppy has been desexed. From 2012 I would very much like to desex your puppy myself as well as give him or her a thorough vet check. All puppies will be registered with the Canine Association of WA. Each puppy will go home with a puppy information pack. Please let us know if you are interested in showing your puppy or might like to have us show your puppy for you. Tail docking is now now illegal in WA, as it has been for the rest of Australia for quite some time. Here at Silvergrayce we prefer our weimaraners with their tails left on. We do however remove their dewclews when they are a few days old as a dewclaw injury is extremely painful so we believe it is better for your dog if they are removed. As a future veterinarian I have tried very hard to produce the healthiest puppies possible but I can not guarantee they will be free from hereditory diseases. There is no way of testing for some diseases within the breed and until such tests are made available I can not guarrantee that your puppy won't have them. I can guarantee however that I am certain that all the dogs in our breeding program are in excellent health. |
